Studio Hear Hear aims to process and ship orders as fast as possible. However, delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns if we shipped the wrong items. If that is the case we’ll make it right with replacements or refunds.

Care

Our handmade items are a bit more delicate than mass-produced products. We would recommend to wash our products by hand, and no microwaving, please.
